Sense of humor!

For the kick-off of the Springplank foundation I was organizing an auction. It had to be an auction that immediately indicated what Springplank stood for from then on: helping the homeless through participation. What was important here was that people did not feel sorry for the target group, but instead listened to them with a smile (and of course the occasional tear). Through various recommendations I came to Leon. I then approached Leon and the click was there immediately. Interest in the organization, empathy for our target group and at the same time a sense of humor made this click and was the right combination. A perfect evening in which Leon actively engaged the audience and created a new perspective on the target group.
